Personal Training

We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions, in-home or office, 1 on 1 and group training sessions where you will feel comfortable and confident with our certified personal trainers.  All of our sessions are by appointment only to accommodate your schedule.  Our personal trainers are here to educate, develop and personalize your program based on your specific goals and nutritional needs. When we start and throughout your program, we focus on proper technique and form to prevent injury. As your fitness level increases we can introduce more advance and effective exercises to achieve your goals quicker.

Equipment sales

Not sure what equipment to get?  What will fit in the space?  We will design your space, from the information and budget you provided us. Looking to put a gym in your home or add a piece of equipment, we will assess and suggest what would benefit you most.
Sport Specific (hockey, golf, triathletes, runners, cyclists,...)

To take it to the next level, from increasing strength, explosive power, flexibility, anaerobic and aerobic programs.  Our experts have trained and prepared; MMA fights, golf professionals, cyclists, Ironman competitors, hockey players even runners, each with its own unique program.  If you are just a beginner or want to perform better, we will get you there.
Fitness Modeling

With over 15 years experience in the field, our experts will assess and train you to make sure your body is balance and proportional for an aesthetically looking shape.  Design and plan a meal schedule to prepare you for your show.  We will support and guide you all the way to the day of the show, for you to be at your best. This includes choosing your costumes to make sure we enhance your physique, posing, to show off all your hard work, preparation for the day of the show and presentation on stage. Boot Camp & Cardio classes

Our Boot camp and cardio classes are strength training using free weights and other equipment. We use Circuit training to drive your cardio endurance up while keeping your muscles loaded for strength training. The floor work focuses on a different major muscle group. The workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest.  You can challenge your body to its limit. It is Fun - each exercise is different so you don't get bored. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Wednesday & Fridays 7am

$20 drop in

Golf Specific Training
Lose weight and work on your golf swing at the same time! Come in and get your comprehensive evaluation completed. Through scheduled sport specific training and constant evaluation, improvements will be measured during the clients program. Trainer and client will work together over a duration of time to transform his/her restrictions to be strengths. Ultimately the goal is to educate the client as to how to keep themselves fight and flexible, allow them to enjoy a game many of us have come to love.
Training will focus on;
- Strengtheing postural muscles
- Creating space in body/felxibility
- Dynamic movements specific for golf
- work on the mental/lognitive   of the golf swing
- and more....


Kids conditioning class
An innovative and exciting programs to increase kids's fitness levels,improve physical strength,
confidence, self-esteem and hand-eye coordination
In a group setting kids and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that delivers measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. 
Fitness classes help kids develop physical skills, get exercise , make friends, have fun, learn to play as a member of a team, learn to play fair, and improve self-esteem.
All levels are welcome
Ages ranges from 6 - 14
